SAVOR THIS VERY EASY AUTHENTIC FRENCH DESSERT CLAFOUTIS INGREDIENTS-600 g SWEET CHERRY,2 cups,FLOUR,1 cup SUGAR,1/2 cup MILK,1/2 cup,CREAM,4 EGGS,pinch of salt,piece of butter (for 6-8 persons) WASH THE CHERRIES PIT THEM (optional) LIGHTLY GREASE A MOLD WITH BUTTER AND SPRINKLE WITH SUGAR ARRANGE THE BERRIES OVER THE BOTTOM INTO ONE LOOSE LAYER CRACK EGGS ADD SUGAR WHISK (until the sugar is dissolved) ADD THE MILK AND CREAM FLOUR AND SALT WHISK TOGETHER POUR THE MIXTURE INTO THE MOLD UP TO HALF THE HEIGHT OF THE BERRIES BAKE FOR 30 – 40 minutes AT 390 F (200 C) (the edges of the clafoutis must rise and turn golden) SERVE HOT IDEALLY WITH AN ICE CREAM BALL ENJOY 🙂 .
